Alright I am in severe need of a new series to watch. I admit that i have a major obsession with romance/comedy anime (no matter how cheesy), and that i need a new fix soon before my withdrawl symptoms start taking effect.
I have already watched kaichou wa maid sama (our class president is a maid), special a, fullmetal panic, lovely complex, rosario+vampire, love hina, baka to test to shukanj, b gata h kei, gakuen alice, kimi ni todoke (first and second season),to love ru,toradora, and thats about all i can remember watching.
Anyone know any good romance/comedy anime besides the ones mentioned above (that are good)?

Little white flowers will never awaken you, not when the cold depths have all but overtaken you.
Dearest, The days are all so long,
and in the shadows I spend them all.
My heart and I long for slumber.
Slumber I'm caressing you, I bless your touch, I lust for you.
Slumber you are not a dream, Not as much as you seem.

Sakura Diaries
-- Good luck trying to find it. It's pretty obscure and if you find it, it'll likely be the dub. Still, it's pretty good. It's an 12-episode OVA based on a Manga by a Hentai artist and if I recall it does have Ecchi stuff in it but nothing hardcore and no full-blown sex.
Kamichama Karin
-- Because nothing says love quite like this series. Well, sorta. I read the Manga, didn't get much of the Anime though. It revolves around younger children but it has the capacity to get pretty dark despite the comedy and cutesy art. Oh and it's about Gods and Goddesses.
Full Moon o Sagashite
-- Although the Manga is far superior the Anime trumps it in one way... and that's the music. It's about singing so naturally the Anime would have an edge there. It's hard to say much about the romance without giving anything away but it's greatness for the Manga and not bad for the Anime.
Metropolis (2001)
-- It's originally based off a Manga named Metropolis which was in turn based off a poster for the silent movie of the same name. The Anime movie, however, draws much more inspiration from the silent movie. More or less it's boy meets robot girl, mix in the Tower of Babel, factor in the girl is a very special robot in a city full of robots and you get a rather tragic romance. After watching it I felt bittersweet about it all. Either way, it's pretty good on it own.
Romeo x Juliet
-- Plays out like how you might expect given the subject matter. But, actually, it does fairly well of staying along the lines of the play while also managing to go it's own path. The characters are portrayed very well, main, side, and supporting. It's set in an alternate world where the Montague's run virtually everything... and poorly. The Capulet's were pretty much slaughtered while Juliet was really young so she has no idea that she actually used to be apart of the ruling family (you know, before that whole slaughtering thing). And as for Juliet herself she's pretty badass. Romeo tends to spend his time angsting over things after realization hits him. It's Romance, Fantasy, and Drama. Hardly anything in the way of Comedy.
Oh and there's Tybalt. Just Tybalt. He's awesome.
Anyway, after a while it focuses more on the Fantasy than anything but the Romance is always there.
Spice & Wolf
-- Because nothing says 'love' quite like UST, Naked Wolf Goddesses, and Economics. It's a romance that revolves around Economics and the joys of manipulating the fuck out of the system. Because why not? There's some other issues such as time-period politics and religion going on (seeing as how Holo is a Pagan Wolf Deity this causes a few problems). The time-period is never out right stated but when watching it you pretty much get the gist. It's not full-blown romance, it's mostly about the two main characters, their issues, flirting, overcoming things, getting screwed over, screwing other people over, economics, traveling, but it's better than I'm making it sound.
Welcome to the N.H.K.
-- This is a little disturbed, almost surrealistic, and everyone in it is insane in some manor of speaking. The main guy is a shut-in and almost never leaves his apartment. He eventually meets a girl who declares she wants to fix him. Weird shit ensues. Anyway, the girl has her own share of problems. The guy is paranoid, delusional, and a shut-in but he lets this girl try to help him anyway. Throughout the series it explores many different sub-cultures such as Otaku, Lolicon, Internet Suicide, and mental disorders.
Again it's not full-blown romance, it's more subtle but you can still see it clearly. Mostly it's about messed up people and their lives. Plus it has a badass ending song.

The last resort is a dark and gritty place... that can infect your computer with viruses.
I tried that once. AND NEVER AGAIN!
Besides, you'll be hard-pressed (heh) to find Romance Hentai. Maybe Hentai with Romance in it but not Romance with Hentai in it. Though... I might have stumbled across some before. Never in animated format, but in Manga I have... I think.
You could always check the Romance in Anime & Manga section on Wiki though.
