Default "You have three apps to accept"

Under the "purchases" menu in the App Store on my new Mac I got from Best Buy, there are the iLife programs (which I never purchased, but the guy from Best Buy said it came with my version). Above these apps it says "You have three apps to accept", and there is no price tag. Does this mean that I can just accept and download these apps at no charge?

When I clicked "Accept" it said that the Apple ID was not compatible with those programs :/ Guess I'll have to do with that the same thing I did with iWork.

Yes, it should be free. But it isn't, which is total bull. And by now I would have iLife... except some genius decided to convict Mega Upload with promoting piracy...

Basically, I wanted to download a program called iLife, my computer "isn't compatible with that license", the same license I bought at Best Buy (well I didn't "buy it", but it comes with every Best Buy MacBook apparently). So I was wanting to download it off of the net (I consider it ok, considering that I technically own it I just cannot access it). I'm afraid to use torrents, and the only other site that hosts these things is (or was) mega-upload.

Thanks! It's my first mac, and I was addicted within a week. I went back to my windows laptop to do something, and it seemed like a piece of crap compared to this. So many more hand gestures you can use on this thing.
