Apple support is just the best.

I noticed a shaking sound in my iPhone today, like there was a loose part or something.

I called Apple support, and they offered to ship me a new phone with a prepaid box to send back my old one, even though my phone was fully functioning.

The woman even waived the usual $29 fee for them sending the new phone before I send back the old one.

All of this got accomplished in less then 15 minutes on the phone! Thanks "Candice"!

Apple Support wasn't so helpful for me when my ipod broke, the Circle thing wouldn't move and they said they couldn't let me.

Ive never bought anything from Apple before. There are a few manufacturers I tend to avoid.

1. Toshiba - their support is meant to be awful.
2. Beko - tend to use cheap parts for their products especially fridges
