Looking pretty with loads of make-up on is not really being pretty is it?

Some girls wear so much foundation you can't see their real skin on their face and so much eyeliner you can't see their eyes. Does that really look good?

That's what everyone has, yet covers it up with so much make-up they look like a completely different person.
Covering your face with make-up and plastering your face with foundation really doesn't make you look any better.
Takes a very long time to put on as well, it's pointless.
And what's with fake tan?
Does looking orange really make you look any better?
And fake eyelashes aswell, it just looks like you have spider's legs coming from your eyes, in my opinion it looks stupid.

I used to wear a lot of make-up, I wear hardly any now. I realised I don't need it, just like no one else needs it.
If any girls want advice on how to look good, I would say:

A bit of mascara.
Lip Gloss.

And that's it. For make-up, That's all I wear.
Well maybe if I was going out I would wear a bit of eyeshadow, but that's it.
Boy's don't need it, why do girls?

Yeah the natural look is better there is no need to plaster your face so you look like this little guy

I enjoy doing my makeup, though I don't wear it everyday, but doing elaborate or detailed eye makeup can be fun. Though I don't like the drag queen or scene queen look, I prefer understated makeup that looks more natural

i wear make up when i can be bothered. sometimes i do the ful shabang, other times i just put some mascara on. i was asking some friends and my bf out of curiosity if they notced any diference. and they said no, so now i very rarely can be bothered to slap any of the stuff on, i only do it if i have turned into some great spotty mess from outer space, or if i look like a zombie, cause i have been up to late.

I don't get the point of makeup, why do girls put so much effort into it? In my opinion they're prettier without it anyways.

confidence thing i guess... and how they see themselves. i don't feel any diference, but then i know a lot of people who need it to be confident. and nomatter how often i or anybody else tells them they are pretty without it on, they deny it, and slap on three cm. thick layers of foundation.

I think a little eyeliner and maybe mascara on a girl looks nice

but don't you hate it when girls over-do make-up

i don't wear makeup. waaay too much effort. i do however think that eyeliner and mascara can look nice. only problem is, if you are used to someone wearing it, as soon as they take it off, it looks like they've been going cold turkey or something.
i also know a girl who didn't have time to put on makeup in the morning. she wouldn't let anyone see her face because she thought she looked ugly.
same girl brought a massive bag of makeup on a duke of edinburgh trip.
To be honest, the amount of foundation she wears is ugly. gotta be a few cm thick at least.
