We all masturbate, forget what your parents say, your brothers, sisters or friends. We all do it or have done it before and they’re lying if they say they have never. It is rare and rather weird for someone to have never masturbated.
Why is masturbation important?
- We relieve stress when we come.
- It is fun to do.
- You can gain pleasure from it.
Can I choke my chicken or flick my bean too much?
Yes you can and you may end up hurting yourself if you are masturbating up to 6 times a day. Masturbation like other things should be done in moderation. I masturbate twice a day.
Is it natural?
Perfectly natural and is part of almost every teens life.

Gee, I don't know how i could have possibly missed THIS one...
Masturbation facts:
1) Everyone masturbates, it's a universal activity. Young kids learn that touching themselves feels good and it's soothing. Teens feel a strong urge to masturbate due to the sex drive, which as we all know, becomes much more prominent at puberty, due to (what else?) all those hormones.
2) The sex drive, which is behind that urge, is entirely biologically determined. It's like sweating when your hot or blinking your eyes, it's controlled by the body. You're aware of it, but that doesn't mean you can voluntary shut it down. Nor should you.
3) There is absolutely no scientific evidence that masturbation causes harm, like blindness, insanity, hairy palms, baldness, or scurvy. It DOES causes guilt in some, more due to misinformation and a lack of preparedness. Also, being that it's a private activity, we typically don't ask permission to do it. Most kids learn to ask permission to do things, this being the exception. So, without that 'permission' or acknowledgement, some feel guilt for doing something they haven't either been told is OK to do, or asked for.
4) Most clergy are much more open minded about masturbation than most think, ask them. Typically, they are more concerned with your overall well being and the type of person you are becoming, which goes far beyond how you address your sexual needs. Everyone needs to come to terms with whatever spiritual power they believe, but at the very least, if you're a believer you might take into consideration the widely held belief that He has given you this gift to enjoy, not torment yourself with.
5) Girls masturbate, too. They have a sex drive, and they have orgasms. Remember, it's all caused by the sex drive, which is fueled by hormones, not the exterior equipment of the owner!
6) You cannot masturbate 'Too much'. As long as you use common sense and don't hurt yourself, and it doesn't interfere with your other responsibilities, the mount/frequency/duration is fine.
