Get a peice of paper and pen.

When your happy, write down everything that you are good at.

Write who loves and cares for you.

Ask others what they think of you.

Write who would miss you if you died.

Write the people who would be upset if you died.

Write what you have to look forward to in life.

Take the paper wherever you go.

When you feel depressed or even suicidal. Just read the note. Read who loves you, who would miss you, what you have to look forward to, what your good at.

Now think, is it worth being depressed? When you have so much.
