This little article is all about lending your belongings to your friends and family. I personally am living by this now basically where I wont lend anything out unless its value is under £10.
Today my brother lent my bike worth around £300, went and left it stupidly in a rough area as he went inside a shop to find it gone when he came back out. He had a lock for it to chain it up but decided to leave it at home instead. Pretty stupid isnt it?
I recommend all of you to not lend out anything of any good value to anyone, not your friends or family. No one. It sounds greedy but when theres a possibility of your possessions being stolen, left unsecure or broken you really shouldnt take any chances.
If youre being seen as greedy explain you dont lend things out of value as things like the above can happen and im sure they will understand.
Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing your feedback on this
If it was important for them i think i might lend it, but im not sure, would depend on my mood i guess..
We should also not lend out pens. lol
whenever i do i never get them back.
♥. Just another day like any other,
Nothing in the sky said run for cover,
There was no parade,
No lightsflashing,
No songs to sing along the way. ♥
but now i have no pens :[
lol
and yeah i probably wouldnt lend valuble nitems or i'd make a contract first, 'no losing my item or you replace it. sign here' hehe xD

i never lend out really expensive stuff unless i am with the person while they use it. pens and money however..... i might sound mean but if i lend someone 5p i do want it back and the same with hairbands, i have barely any....
and i lent someone a pen once. she chewed it and said, oh i guess you wont want it back now. i wasnt pleased ¬_¬
I usually don't. If I'm in the house I let my sisters call with my cell, but that's about it. It's also just about the only small item I have that's worth a lot. I let my friends use my computer all the time, but good luck not returning that? It sits in a desk...
I lent out a game to my friend, we done a trade. Star Wars Starfighter ( mine ) for Lego Star Wars ( his ) ( Yes I Like Star Wars ). Then he moved away and i never got it bck. I like My Lego One Now Though And Wouldnt Give It Back if He Wanted To

I never let anyone borrow my valuable items. If it's a DVD, a game, or a CD that I adore then I will not allow them to take it. This also applies to my bike, my PSP, my MP3 player and my phone.
I just do not like being seperated with my things. I may sound selfish but that's just human nature.
