Slawing? If you mean how I wrote "Slavvering" its a word we use now and then in the UK for drooling, in other words I meant do have too much fluid in your mouth/saliva.

For your second question, I think any age over 14 is fairly expected these days but thats not saying rush out and kiss someone because youre over 14, its entirely up to those who are kissing, you should both be comfortable with it.

I don't even remember my first kiss.
But tounge kissing = awesome.

I don't reccomend it though, I usually manage to get whatever disease the other person has after kissing them, even though I've already had it.
