Wet Dreams
Wet dreams which are also known as nocturnal emissions are a normal part of puberty. They are where you will ejaculate whilst sleeping, you are unaware of ejaculating and gain no pleasure from a wet dream. The only way you can tell you have had a wet dream is when you wake and find semen on your bedsheets or clothing. Not everyone has a wet dream during puberty but many do.

A wet dream isnt really what it says, that is why nocturnal emissions is far more appropriate of a term for it. You may not be having a dream when ejaculating in your sleep, you may simply have had a thought whilst asleep about something sexual which you will not recall. This is normal and you have nothing to worry about.
