-Sometimes I sleep 12 hours a day but I STILL feel tired and I have a hard time standing up from bed...... so ?.?

thats my curtains are black and a good chunk of my room is black. i sleep like a baby even when i have 4 hours a sleep. i still wake up refreshed

is this true? one of my friends told me that staying up long periods of time every once in a while (e.g every 3 months) can actually help the body. is it true or is she just stupid?

It depends on the person. But, it isn't healthy if you got a busy day the next day.
