Too late my lovely. I've been smoking for 3 years now, on and off, and I'm constantly giving up and then starting again. But the article is right. It's not a good habit to get into if you can possibly avoid it. I never did it to look 'cool', thankfully, but I do wish a lot of the time that I'd never started. Apart from anything else, it's so ridiculously expensive, especially with the credit crunch and all.
One of my friends in his late 20s has had cancer and still smokes, and I think he's crazy. But it just goes to show how hard it is to kick the habit. So much better not to start at all.

Even though this won't have an effect on anybody who does smoke now, it will on people who are thinking about it.

Well done Mike

Glad you have all enjoyed the read. I agree Tony, it may not help many who already do, but hopefully prevent others who dont smoke from ever going down that road

I casual smoke, or when stressed. There's nothing wrong with that.

A lot of people who smoke full time I guess, begin with that. I did myself but I guess it doesnt apply to all.
