Many teenagers don’t know how to eat healthy, mostly that turns out like a eating disorder. Here are a few tips to make eat healthy and easy.
Eating & drinking
A person needs 3 meals on a day, breakfast/lunch/diner. If you skip the breakfast, your body doesn’t have a patron for eating and when you start to feel hungry, you will eat junk food in stead of a healthy meal.
If you don’t eat with a patron, your body doesn’t know when it gets food, so it will save up all the food, its natural. But the negative thing about that is that you don’t lose weight at all, in fact, it isn’t healthy to save up food.
So the most important thing is those 3 meals on a day.
Rules to eat healthy
1. Your body needs 5 elements of food on a day, your body needs those vitamins which are only in that element. So, make a list for yourself and remember which element you eat and which you didn’t.
2. Don’t eat to much and sport,
3. Less fat (like mc Donald’s fat).
4. Much vegetables, fruit an bread
5. Eat safe, so don’t eat products which are over date or lay out of the freezer for a long time.
The 5 elements
1. Vegetable and fruit
2. Bread, breakfast grains, potatoes, rice, pasta and pod fruit
3. Flesh, fish, egg and flesh substitutes
4. Oil and products with fats
5. Drink 1,5 liter a day.
Eat healthy doesnt mean you can't eat candy or fries. Its okay, but don't eat it too much because then it's bad.

i think i eat quite healthy but theres always the odd snacking-junk-all-day lol
One of my new year resolutions was to eat more fruit...going successfully so far :p

I agree with having breakfast in the morning. Without eating breakfast it can apparently lead to weight gain because your metabolism wont start until you eat later in the day.
