Teen girls may think that wearing make-up is a priority to get the boys they want. Some believe that wearing foundation piled on so that their face is orange will somehow attract a boyfriend. Well they are wrong!

Most males that I know hate make-up on their girlfriends, especially those females who will wear it to hide and cover up their skin problems like spots/acne.

My girlfriend has never wore any foundation at all and personally I think it is horrible. The only make-up she has ever worn is eye shadow and mascara and this is all she has ever needed.

Wearing foundation to the extent that your face becomes almost orange is the biggest mistake anyone could make when seeking a boyfriend as boys simply do not like it and even make fun of it.

I think the minimalistic approach is much better as most males I know prefer a more natural look and there is nothing natural when plastering your face with foundation.

I am sure that many more males will reply to this short article with their ideas on teenage make-up and what teen boys think of it.

Hmm yes some girls do that, but alot don't... Plus if its something that makes them feel more confident then whose to say its wrong.. I would never pile on foundation til my face looks orange, I don't think it look nice either and most of the time it seems like they've just bought cheap make up that hasn't been the right colour for there skin.. But to be honest, most of the people that I know that do it, do have boyfriends.. So I guess that cuts out that bit that boys don't like it.. Because its obviously not that bad that they can't put up with it.. Also probably just starting to experiment with make up and stuff as teens..

I dont think it cuts that bit out at all just because they have a boyfriend and in all honesty the only time I have ever known males to like someone caked with make-up is because they think they are easy and can get something and considering you are not a boy yourself how would you know what they like.

Well from this, the make up they are wearing is obviously not sending them away anyway weither they like it or not. Yeah I know some guys might not like it, but it does not mean all of them won't. And if your asking how I know what some guys like? Well.. You can't really speak for all guys either.. I know alot don't like it, but alot don't care.. I talk to enough males to know that some do, and some don't.. But really if a guy likes a girl that much, they aren't gonna care what make up they do/don't wear.

I never claimed because I am a guy that I know the facts but seen as I am one I know more than a female would and the funny thing is, if you take a look at the type of people wearing this excessive make-up and who they are with goes to show why they dont mind it.

Not really, because the people I know that wear alot of make up, there not just with guys so they get sex but yet the guys stay with them anyway.. Its a bit judgemental to think there all the same,. Anyway I was just stating my opinion.

Same here, I was stating my opinion within this article and speaking based upon what my friends have said and my own opinions too. I was not reflecting the whole population of the world. Everyone sees people differently but I personally think wearing excessive make-up is very unattractive.

I think wearing too much make-up just makes you look like a clown and looks fake. Some people say they wear it as they want to hide a spot or whatever which yeah is fine but most girls wear it as they somehow think it makes them look nicer, I don't think it does.

Me, I am young, don't have any bags etc I don't need that stuff, not even to make myself feel better as make-up is not the answer.

Half the time you wonder if the person looking orange really believes it is attractive? and yes Michael you are right, the amount of males I have heard calling someone an orange or a clown is unbelievable and most the time males that do like it is because the female is a tart and the lad is a dick and is after anything and that to be honest is the truth in most cases.

Ah well, I don't wear it so it's all good for me
