Some teens will go round not wearing any deodorant or sprays and stinking severely. This is my guide to freshing up those stinky places to help others like the smell of you and to feel confident about yourself.
1. Wash your pubic region very well with lots of soap or shower gel

2. After a bath use talc on those pits and feet.
3. Wear clean socks every day.
4. Put on clean clothes every day.
5. Wash your under arms very well daily.
6. If youre sweaty, put on some deodorant.
7. If you stink really bad and need a quick fix spray some aerosol on

8. If your shoes stink out the room give them a good wash.
9. Always change your underwear

10. Dont exercise so much if you dont want to smell, sweating makes you smell and it gets worser the longer you leave it.
11. Bath or shower daily and wear clean clothes after bathing.
12 Put on some aftershave or perfume on to spruce up but not too much
