hey
i'm pretty new to this.
I joined up to see if anyone else was having the same problem as me. I'm 13 and have really big thighes. My stomach isnt fat at all!and I would say i diet pretty healthily. But recently I've noticed strech marks and my thighs are very flubbery and fat! lol. I'd love it if someone could message me if they have the same problem or did have the same problem. Does anyone know of any exercises to get rid of this? I wont consider liposuction- I'm only 13! Mum says its just me growing up, but i dont wana have fat legs for the rest of my life. it means i can go to the beach and wear a bikini! I could really do with some help :( thanks guys

Dannii , I don't have that problem now but I understand what you are talking about. When I was 13 even though im not much older , I had big thighs and i was short and round . When i started getting older I got taller and it made me smaller at the same time.
To help you with your question you can do sit ups, crutches, six inches, and drink plenty of water . You will not see changes over night but you will feel some pain which means that you are doing them right .

Danni, the best advice i received was from a modelling agency. Invest in some bio-oil and rub it into your stretch marks daily. Your mum is right, it is you just growing up.. you can't do anything about it. And i know exactly how you feel, this will bother you so much and make you feel conscious about stripping.. but when you get to my age (18) all those insecurities will eventually not matter no more. My mum told me that i had big thighs and stretch marks because i wasn't exercising and drinking enough water everyday. Only because you think you are big.. doesn't necessarily mean you will stay that way.. if you don't go on any diets, just stay healthy- don't be scared to eat mcdonalds.. then you will eventually grow out of it.. and grow up into a lovely young woman
