woo hoo aye my first blog 
its sunday night, 2:03am i should be sleeping but i CANT sleep. how do you know if you have a sleeping problem?

I've done a bunch of research on dealing with sleeping problems. I agree with Mr. Tony except don't do it just before bed. Give yourself an hour or two before you go to bed cause what happens is even though you fall asleep you're muscles still will be working due to the workout. You may get to sleep but it won't be a deep sleep which is extremely important. I'd suggest before you go to bed to meditate or listen to some sleep hypnosis videos on youtube to relaxing your body.
