I haven't posted on my blog in a while. Things have not been going the best. I've ruined my 11 days of no cutting and have cut four days in a row this week. I don't know what happened, I just freaked out I guess. I'm not giving up though. I will be self injury free someday.

Its been 8 days of no self harm and I feel great.
