Female serial killers are the only type of woman to ever fascinate me...

Why? Their psychological profiles are almost always the same.
- They desire to get close to the victim, usually a spouse, child or the elderly.
- Almost always for material gain (all women are gold-diggers as the phrase states).
- Child abuse is often a reported factor.
- Their preferred method of killing is by poison.

They happen to be quite rare as well.

Jane Toppan killed, up until that time, more people than any other man or woman in 1901.

Although, this statement is incorrect if you include Countess Elizabeth Bathory who had 80 proven victim BUT had over 600 possible victims.

Now, on to the men... I wanted to see who had the most victims and that would be:

Dr Harold Shipman from the UK.
Had 218 proven victims and 250+ possible victims.

Although having looked over a speculation list Christman Gniperdoliga in the Holy Roman Empire supposedly killed over 1000 people.
