I am so tired right now but I have not been sleeping very well which makes me really, really tired during the day! I am not sure whether to go to the doctors over it because I feel like I am going there for nothing so that would make me look stupid, right?

I wish I could sleep better

1. 	get some of them tablets to help u sleep promerly, iv had em before, just get them from the chemist
