I haven't had any luck with this so far. I have some videos which are videos of concerts (aroudn 3 hours each) which I would like to divide up into clips of each song. The main reason is that I want to then convert them to audio, it also wouldn't bother me if I converted the whole thing to audio first then cut it into segments.

So my question is whether anyone knows of any software which would allow me to do this. Windows movie maker would be ideal, but on vista it only allows me to cut the video into two clips and then de-activated the option. The programme would need to be able to handle large files, obviously.

If anyone could help that would be great

I would say Sony Vegas but of course this isnt a free software, I will have a look around and see if I can find something that is good and free. Someone else may have some better suggestions though as video editing and audio editing isnt my thing
