i was wondering what is cool as my current case runs at a fan speed of 30% keeps my cpu at around 39'c is that good or bad and whats yours?

39'c is ok.
If you have amd duron processor don't worry they have high working temperature...

My Overclocked CPU runs at 41 Celsius, very cold for overclocked CPU.
