Protecting myself completely from rape would probably involve never leaving the house. If you're a forty-something year old guy and you see a twelve your old walking to school one morning and you're feeling a little bit horny, should you drag her inside your car and rape her just because she can't protect herself? You really think she'd deserve it?

Yes. There's a reason they invented stuff like Chasity Belts or the word HELP! (In most cases you'd say fire for more attention). The parents responibility is to teach their children this. If you walk with a buddy your guarenteed more safety then walking alone. For piracy. Use File trackers or File lockers. for stores use theft proof devices such as locks, safes, alarms, lasers etc...

In mine this is not case. You can everywhere buy pirated software, music, movies, games, ...
I have more than 500GB of pirated content in my room Also, I have only 2 licensed programs (everything else is "illegal")
In the UK piracy is but storing backups of your originals is perfectly fine.

i think in the one hand, piracy is wrong, because the developers need their money.

in the other hand, its wrong that the developers wanna have that much money... (when i think about the price of windows or ms office..., or 60 euros for one game)

in germany, its forbidden to copy copy-protected stuff (backups of these are also forbidden, but backing up protection-free stuff is legal)
you may give legal copies to a few of your friends (the judge can decide whether you made too many copies or not, mostly they say 7 copies are maximum)

but everything else is forbidden (the uploading a long time, the downloading since 2009)

Illegal where I live, as it is in most places, but that doesn't really mean anything to me.
