I'm purchasing a 360 Spring Arcade Bundle next week, along with Band Hero.
I know it doesn't have a hard drive, only 250MB of internal memory, so I'll need to purchase a hard drive separately.
I won't be able to afford it for about another month, so will I still be able to play (not worried about saving Band Hero info) without the hard drive?

You will be able to play with or without a memory card, the only issue you may face is saved game storage, 250mb wont save hundreds of saved games so you may have to delete some if you are gaming very often but it should do fine until you get a hard drive, I dont think game updates work without a hard drive and only a memory card but im not 100% on that. I have never had to delete any saved games since owning a hard drive.

i know the ones with the HDDs cost more, but if you can save a little more and get one, you'll be much more happy and less frustrated in the long run. i say that because a couple of friends bought the acade version and they are always complaining they wished the got one with the HDD. you still can have lost of fun with the arcade 360.

Why not get a PS3?

Like I saw one of my friends post on another forum.
If I want blocky graphics, I don't need a PS3. I have a Nintendo for that XP

I dont think so, the Ps3 is much more powerful than an Xbox - in fact it has the capacity to outperform the XBox in terms of graphics..
The only reason why ppl have a doubt over the matter is cause of the XBox Live capability, nothing else.
Dont take me for an XBox hater, but, personally, I find the PS3 to be much much better.

the PS3 an 360 are different and each one has its good points and bad points. i like the PS3 a lot because we can watch blu-ray movies that we get in the mail from netflix. i like the 360 because it has rock band, and my friends come over and we play it alot, and sometimes girls come over too because it is one video game they like to play too. we can watch streaming Netflix movies on either one.

Is it just for the sake of Rock Band And Xbox Live?
