Who is your favorite video game villain/antagonist?

I have lots of favorites, but my all-time favorite is Arthas from Warcraft 3 (beautiful story of a corrupted hero)

Albedo from Xenosaga Series (Madness in person)
Sephiroth from Final Fantasy (Power hunger)
Loghain from Dragon Age (A kingdom's savior becomes the kingdom's destroyer)
Nazi Germany from many games (...Not enough to fit here...)
Vesari from Killzone Series (I just love dictator villains)
Cao Cao/Ts'ao Ts'ao from Dynasty Series (Genius driven by ambition)
... And alot alot more
