If it was your iPod and you left it in the pub by mistake, you would hope that a decent person found it, handed it in to the staff so that you could go back the next morning and get it back.

Just say that it's your iPod in the description. And they wouldn't charge you anything to restore it to factory settings.

To be fair, if whoevers iPod it was bothered going back to ask if had been handed it or not would have done it by now and they're not going to go back and ask again.
