CharnyUpload is a direct linking uploading website.

You can upload files without an account, but you won't be able to delete them or see how many peoples downloaded them. An account is free.

You can upload your executables (.exe) and many other file types.

I tried it
it's so quick
& it has a very nice page style
but i think that 20 MB
it's sometimes not enough to upload a video
or a movie clip

but it's nice
