is their a software/program that allows you to add sound effects to your voice without prerecording it? wanting to have a little fun in COD lobbies

I think FruityLoops Studio allows for this and I am quite sure they have a trial, you might want to try that. I know for certain they at least have a text to voice plugin with the default installation and I am pretty sure theyll also have this.

My full FL Studio has this, I'm uncertain about the trial however..

If you already have a DAW then Wavosaur have a free vocoder VST you can download.

But you want to do this in real-time and use its output into another program.
