Downloaded a game on a Torrent, mounted the ISO that came included via DAEMON tools, and installed the game just fine.
Downloaded the crack for the game, which was basically a MDF and MDS file. I attempted to convert both files with a couple of free tools, e.g. PowerISO, but it didn't work. |:

hum.. usually the crack comes within the download itself..

now tell me.. is it like: you mount but it doesn't open? solution: it might be broken or corrupted.

that's really the only thing i know. all kinds of stuff has happened to me but i always manage to work it out. Sometimes with help, sometimes on my own

Quite a few cracks need to be put in manually.
I usually just play my ISO games off straight off the computer, I have yet to put them on disc.
Perhaps you need to crack the game before putting it on the disc?

To me this sounds like its a no cd image that you have downloaded, if you mount that in DT then run the game that may work but you will always need to have it mounted to play.
