after you click install, does it disappear and never come back?
it should come back after a few seconds telling you to restart, after you restart it'll be genuine.

no. i've done all that.. i've restarted the computer, but the windows still says that is not genuine

oh, idk why it isn't working. I've used that same file over 10 times, worked every single time.

This is confusing lol I've used the same file lots of times, they've all worked. I can help you if you're willing to remote share your desktop, because I don't know what exactly is going wrong
