As Never Gone said, alt and f4 should allow you to get onto the menu to exit, if it isnt I am sure theres some way to fix this so it permanently shows, I think I have had the same problem myself but the fix I honestly cannot remember right now.

Sounds good, alt+f4. I'll give it a try if it acts up.

Sadly enough i had to try it...(COD server hacking idiots did not add exit option to menu, amusing) and when I clicked for task manager it did the tab thing, worked.
