Question changing a direction of a folder

I didn't know how to name this thread
but i have Quick lunch Icon In Win7
when i press it it opened
The Libraries

So can i change the direction of the icon
maybe can open Downloads
when i press it ?
Instead of Libraries

Go to your user's paste and drag the download's folder to your taskbar. Then right click that icon and the "downloads" folder option should be available

Right click on the folder you want and click 'Pin to Taskbar'
