So worth it.
It's a huge difference! And so much cleaner!

You can even notice it on the computer. I downloaded a DVD rip of this series and it looked pretty good but then I went to download the Blu-ray rip and holy crap it was so much better!

Point is, yes, the quality is amazing and it's great.

i think i never saw any movie on blu- ray. but i imagine that wont be that different from HD

Ive never watched one myself either, for 25gb+ it sure must be excellent quality thats for sure.

Yeah, 25gb for single layer blu ray discs and its 50gb for the dual layers

O.o i had no idea.... damn...

so if i filled my hard drive with those blu-rays, it would take 10 movies to fill thw hole hard drive.... O.o one thing is certain: i will for the first time buy a dvd
