Im just not one for the type of games that are available for it, things like Mario kart and such were more my childhood kind of games The problem with the 360 slim is that I will be paranoid about it overheating on me, the large 360 had heating issues and I worry this time will be the same. It does look great though.
I think its one of their main selling points though, for example if my son was 8 years old and asked for console, the Wii would be the first one Id think of for him. I think a 360 would be too hard for him to control and more of the games are more adult like Call of Duty, Mafia 2 for example.
I suppose if we did get a slim console that in the case of it overheating, we could just get a refund, but still, I would rather avoid that whole process of sending it into Microsoft and whatnot.
Lol not at all, just because you like something doesnt mean you are like one yourself. Its the type of games for them, I think theyre more directed towards younger players rather than adults.
