Noble Sixths death was mainly due to cannon, he had a chance to go onto the Autumn with Keyes and the Chief, but then that would of screwed over the main Trilogy. Also he's death is symbolic, if you pay attention to what Cortana/Halsey says at the end 'Our Victory..no You're Victory' Noble Six's action were those that shaped the war.

As for Jun, he went to CASTLE base with halsey, but according to hasley's journal you get with the Limited Edition, she says the spartan protecting her was killed, so Jun is also dead.

The game series should have ended with Halo 3. Although, I personally believe the only good campaign is Halo 1 - now that was a heck of a lot of fun to play.

I think halo Reach has the overall more emotionally compelling campaign, also the best Forge as Halo 3's was good, just not good enough.

and the Halo series is far from over, Bungie may have stopped producing it, but MS has 343 industries working on the next title which is set after Halo 3. A continuation of MC's story as Frank O'Connor put it.

Halo Reach multiplayer was a huge letdown for any person who played Halo 3 competetively (I am one of them.) I really am not looking forward to whether MS with fuck the game over or not.

MS will milk all the cash they can from the Halo series, I think after Reach any game produced is just gonna suck.

If you have any experience on people taking over on game series, you'll know that it's a 99% chance it will suck dick.

Every Halo game that didn't include Master Chief was pretty lame. The exception being Halo Wars which was great.

The simplified controls and gameplay of Halo as a real time strategy threw me off it - I really disliked that game.
