Is your computer doing this for all sites? Are your graphics drivers installed correctly? Looks like it could be an issue with your monitor.

I think it's time to pull out your old CRT monitor to test whether it is the monitor or the graphics card

this is not the first time
last time i think it fixed itself
coz i didn't do anything
