I want to watch a video on youtube but a message informs me that the video has been blocked from my country for copyright reasons, if someone from a country can view that video then embeds it onto other forums will that video always be blocked to viewers in Britain no matter where that video gets embeded on the internet.

No, but thats not needed. Just search for the name on google, there are plenty of sites that dont block. (i.e dailymotion, metacafe)

Yeah, you'll still connect to the YT servers no matter where the video is embedded. You can use location based proxies as a work around, I guess Google is a little bit smarter than that though :3
