Had this happen twice in the last two days...first time it happened was yesterday morning; when I first turned on the computer I got one beep and had a "American" something page come on, said something about the bios settings and something was low and something being low (on a desktop)? Turned it on last night with no problem then when I powered on the PC this morning same thing. All I've seen happen when this screen does come on is that the date and time are reset; strange yes.

Any one know what could be causing this?

Try this, when the American Megatrends screen comes up press the setup F key, go into setup which will be either F2, Delete or F12 (never had a different one myself), then exit right away using the default settings or configure them to as you like them, then press F10 and choose yes to save the settings.

Let us know the results as it might not be this
