To me, 2011 is the best year for gamers everywhere. Mostly because I never tracked games before. But still, one can't deny the overwhelming number of games that have been announced.

Also, this is Sony's Year, with Killzone 3, Uncharted 3, inFamous 2, and many other titles announced. Including the launch of the NGP.

I think Xbox had a great year last year with many exclusive content, but this year all I hear was The Gears Of War 3 game.

Anyway, what games do you want the most?
What games met your expectations?
What games did you purchase/plan on purchasing?
Are you going to get a new console( Say The NGP or the Wii 2)?




For me, I'm waiting for Friggin' E3. Because they have some serious content being announced there.


Portal 2 really blew me away. (Thanks to Arcwave for recommending it. ) Killzone 3 also rocked, mostly because it was my first FPS on the PS3, and my very first time Online.
Also, Mass Effect 2 proved quite nice.

I was hoping to get L. A. Noire and Batman: Arkham City. But, I may wait a long time before I get anything at all.

No, as far as I know, prices are going to be sky-rocketed. Also, I have a new console.

I know, these are a lot of games to buy, but I'm so greedy ! xD

....and I don't think I'm buying a new console soon.

But I wanna ask about Modern Warfare 3, I don't think it's coming out this year ?!!

That's a good list, it has every reason to be long. Mine was 3 times bigger, but I found out I didn't have the time or money for all of them. XD

CoD MW3 is going to be released December 2011, possibly the 31st. Alongside BattleField 3. Yeah, two titans together. :o

Glad to help mate, but it's not been officially unannounced yet. I read a LOT of sites saying December.

So many amazing games and I don't have the game system for any of them >.<

^You Could get one? I personally recommend a PS3 because it has a LOT of exclusives and Exclusive Content lined up. BUT, the PSN will only be up by a week. Still, it'lll give you a great chance to play the Single-player campaign modes of Uncharted 2, Killzone 3, L. A. Noire, Portal 2, basically ALL games.

Or, you could wait until E3 and listen up for new consoles to be announced.

I waiting for the new star wars online game.

However, Uncharted 3 sounds good.
