Default remote assistant in msn

hello can any 1 help me 2 get remote assistant working in msn. i tried it wiv a m8 and it worked and she could c ma screen and control ma mouse instead of me, but when we tried lots of times after again it wouldnt work or not properly. but when she invites me it works fine. and even when it did work it was really jerky so still crap. it really wound us up an i wasted like 2 hours on it. we waz just messing about casue wed not used it b4 but it is really annoying!!!!

Get Teamviewer. It's free and very self explanitory. I've never had any issues
myself.

Could be that you don't have remote remote desktop enabled, or your firewall.

I agree with Natman, get Teamviewer, it's much more professional in the remote access field than a lousy MSN add-on. You also have much more control as well.

My boyfriend uses LogMeIn and says that that is a good progamme.

I used to use LogMeIn, but that was a good few years. Once I found Teamviewer I've never needed to find an alternative, it's everything you need in one for free. Tell your boyfriend to switch. :p
