I have a small problem with my webcam
when i use msn video call.
It's that my webcam doesn't appear anything
I tried it with my cousin
i can see him but he can't see me
a red X on the webcam shows from me & him
i dunno what's the problem
so is there knows anything to fix this problem ?
i will be very thankful

It sounds like it isn't connected/plugged in/installed right. The X appears when the computer cannot detect a webcam on your PC. So check to make sure everything is plugged in, installed, etc. After that, Not sure, is there a trouble shoot thing?

Have you definately got the right driver installed?

Doyou have a laptop or desktop computer?

yes i have the right driver ,
It's a laptop.
It's working now
i upgraded my msn to the last version
i had 2009 version
now 2011 i was just
talking to my cousin using it
