Right. How do I make pictures bigger? And don't say "Just Zoom" -.-

I have a picture that I need to make bigger, but I have no idea how.
The picture is attached. Open it.
Tiny, right? How do I make that normal size?
I am making no sense whatsoever...please bare with me on this one...

When I make a picture bigger I just open it in an art program (you have basic paintshop?) Then just look for the image options at the top and there should be something along the lines of "scale image" and you should be able to change the size .

Imageshack also offers the option of resizing when you upload.

If you don't have any art programs, type "pixlr" into google. Its an online free art program where you can quickly change stuff.

I gave a website I used yesterday, but it didn't work today (As the whole of Teen Forumz is fully aware of ) But I forgot it didn't work today ;P So I edited and yeah!

Well. It didn't work anyway 'cause the quality of the photo was too bad.
Why can't technology do something nice for me? Just once..?

If the image is bitmap then making the image will only pixelate it, thus making it look worse. However, if it is a vector image (commonly default known as .png) then resizing in a reputable graphics application such as GIMP or Photoshop, resizing should be a doddle without pixelation. Although reading one of your post, you mention quality diminishes if you attempt to increase its size, then you have no luck of increasing it. I recommend retaking the photo with a decent camera that allows a bigger image save.

You need a Photoshop to make your pics bigger and clear
there is other programs just for that
but photoshop is best
