CPU speed is regulated by AMD cool n quiet Vcore idle: 0.975 (800mhz) full load :1.375 (3.4ghz)

See what the temps are like with the side of your case off. Also check to see how much heat your graphics card is letting off.

graphics card temp is 46-53C
I'm now getting a message saying "you cpu fan is not working properly, you must shut down immediately and check" and the computer then reboots itself, but it's running at 3000 rpm temps 45C, wtf???

Aahh make sure that the cpu fan is definately in the cpu fan socket on the board, it looks like the fan controller might not be working, also check your bios to check that the cpu fan is showing up in there.

If still a problem your fan might be faulty, its strange.
