Well, my new Logitech c210 isn't working on MSN.. It is working on everything else apart from MSN.. Any ideas why?

Do you have msn plus? I've noticed that for some reason it doesn't let me cam work either so Ii got rid of it.

Do you get an error? what error? are you trying to use it in two places at once?

Skype is better for webcams.

Not sure how to get this to work/or fixed but in the meantime you could use skype, or if the other person your camming with doesn't want skype you can use Stickam.com it's like a webcam hoster it can be private. So you just give the other person the link.

moved to the appropriate section... and yes, I think you should the instruction manual and/or consult MSN's help line.

I don't know lol. I've read the manual over and over, it works on MSN at my dads, works on Facebook, Skype etc everywhere else, it just wont work on MSN on this laptop at mine/mums!

I downloaded the newest MSN and it works!
