Default Nikon D3000?!!

Well, I have a Nikon D3000, my camera is set on sports mode (because I needed it for action shots) but my pictures are all blurry.. and no idea why. I can't find it in my manual??

Thanks.

Try to find the ISO definitions and set it to the highest possible, it'll help.
As for the flash, I have no idea. Try to see if the camera recognizes it? I don't know how your flash is integrated in the camera though; did you add it when you bought it, or did it came with the camera already?

@Pandemonium It is on the highest ISO (1600) and it was built in. I keep trying but they are still blurry and the flash isn't popping up.. :(

Hmm I don't know about the ISO then, maybe clean your lens (in the inner façade too) or train your steadiness when taking pictures?
And... Have you played around with the flash's definitions? Or maybe it's just something technical blocking it. Don't force it to open but take a look and check this out (try cleaning it around with a brush or something, see if there's nothing stuck).
