Delete things, or do a disc cleanup by clicking on the icon, I'd do it if I were you, it'll slow down your computer MAJORLY. Delete shit you don't need and anything in your recycle bin

You think I turn a blind eye, you think I'm just like them?
It breaks my heart, all these stories, brings me to tears all this grief;
and I feel so fucking helpless when I can't be your relief.

deleting old files
de-fragmenting the disk
deleting temporary files and cookies is always a good place to start as they always take up more space than you expect

My Recycling Bin is empty.

I just did the Disk Clean-up but the only files I can delete are the the ones in the Recycling Bin, which is empty. I'm confused. >_<

Try disc defragmenter, and or CC Cleaner can work (downloadable program), delete browsing cookies and stuff too, basically just anything you can

Try buying an external disk and storing all your files (music, videos, pictures, installed games) in there?

The stuff you don't use , they just take up your disk space , if you do need them then back up some data onto a external HDD or USB
