D'ya think it's just another commercial holiday, or do you&your partner celebrate it?

Orrr if your single do you & some mates do anything?

if i wasnt single id celebrate it fsho, but i am so ill prob do nothin, my mom will give me some chocolates tho aha

yeahh. im single rite now.. but ill try and find me a valentine, its not too late :0.

i find valetine's day very stupid. i mean , there's no need to have a day to give something to our bf/gf... we should give'em presents whenever we wanted to.. valentine's day is just an excuse.. a laim one

Its definitely a commercial holiday but so what? there's nothing wrong with having a nice day with someone you love/giving gifts. but yeah totally commercial but its all good fun.

And im just gonna be hanging out with my friends (:

I agree with this to a certain extent. Sure we can be spontanous all other days of the year & give them little gifts, but Valentines day's an 'excuse' to go all out, it's quite fun To be honest, everyone has different opinions & I probably would've said the same as you last year but this is my first Vday with someone & I'm actualy quite excited ha.

Valentines day doesn't have to just be about relationships, it can be a day used to show someone that they're appreciated and that you care about them. I do celebrate Valentines day when I'm in a relationship but this year I'm not so I'm sending a card to a friend who has never had a Valentines card before just so she knows that she doesn't have to be in a relationship for someone to let her know that they care.

I think Valentines Day is just a special day to show all your loved ones that you care about them.
You don't have to be in a relationship. I used to give my friends V-Day gifts all the time.

But I'm not pessimistic about it. Love is in the air on this day, how could I hate that?

The basic idea is a little silly, sure.
But I think it's nice to know that couples can always have a special day, other than anniversaries that is.
I also think its a calendar thing. If you just keep waiting and waiting for your partner to go all-out to show you that they love you, you'll never know when it's coming but at least on Valentines Day, you can prepare for it coming.

I like Valentines Day, even if the basic idea is silly.

Its just a normal day to me =]
