I know that. But They didn't care for it as much on a rating to about 4/10 but when oil was discovered or being drilled they went from 4 -10 in a massive hurry. It's also spelt Argentina not Argentenia's.

I dont double check spelling when i type in a hurry.
and they always cared about it... they invaded 20ish years ago.. thats not really the actions of someone who only cares about it "4/10"
