I know many people from other soceities celbrate different holidays. people in the middle-eat and Africa certainly do because a whole continent isn't just one religion. I wasn't saying EVERY person I just simply said it is celebrated around the world not speifically who or what.

Re: Christmas is not just for Christians.
Wait i ain't offending christians, dude, the pope knows this, its not something bad though lol, and yes we muslims do believe Jesus as a prophet but we don't celeberate prophet's birthdays wether Jesus or Muslim not part of religion, our only holidays are Eid, and holidays to us, is ment for us to god, not Muhammed or Jesus, we believe that Prophets are just here to spread a message,

Re: Christmas is not just for Christians.
Greedy non-believers just want all the presents.
It doesn't matter either way in my opinion.
Originally gift giving was Pagan but the ideal of Christmas was Christian.
In the end, it doesn't matter. At all.
Most people are in it for the presents anyway.

That statement was quite irrogant. Becasue I don't believe in god nor religion but I like Christmas of the love, freedom and peace with harmony it represents.

That statement showed your inability to recognize sarcasm as I clearly stated after that - that it doesn't matter either way.
Statement in Italics = Sarcasm or Joking
Irrogant? You either mean arrogant or ignorant.
I mean really, I said it didn't matter either way. Why would I purposely contradict myself other than for sarcasm?
Aside from which... really, a lot are just in it for the presents. They've told me so.

Re: Christmas is not just for Christians.
in a time where non-irish people celabrate st patricks day, when some non-amarican make an independence party (just to have a reoson for the party), christmas can be celebrated by non-christians.
christmas has more become a time of peaco, love & families staying together than a celebration for jesus christ. and why should non-christians not be allowed to have a good time while the majority living in their country having this good time...
