This topic always gets heated.. but here we go.

I am pro-choice 100% for women. If I were in that situation, I would want choices, even a grim one like abortion. Legally they should never make a law against it because women would go to EXTREME lengths to get rid of the fetus... it wouldn't be pretty.

But the only reasons I see that make sense to have an abortion are:
- Rape
- Incest
- Danger to the mother or child
- Mental Illness

I think the arguments for teen moms are a bunch of bull. If they aren't financial stable, then give it up for adoption. And yes, the girl would maybe go through some ridicule during the 9 months, but I say those are the consequences. When someone has sex they are agreeing to the possibilty of pregnancy. I mean, come one, everyone knows that's where babies come from! We aren't 4 anymore... we know the stork is a myth!

Now, if I ever had to choose, I wouldn't be able to justify my abortion. There is no reason in the world that would make me take away a soon to be human life from the world. But that doesn't mean I judge people for doing it. People do what they have to do, and I respect that.

The problem I have with adoption is. Who's not to say they won't end up in a worse situation then a fiancially disabled mother?

That's a good point, but it would be at least getting a chance to live instead of ending its life before it even got to try. And would someone financial disabled want to adopt a kid, considering they can't even properly take care of themselves? I guess you have to make a bunch of speculations, because whose to say it wouldn't get put in a great home? It could go both ways.

That was a jumble.. sorry if it doesn't make sense.

Oh and I gotta add. If you can't take care of the baby when it's born, then think about that BEFORE you go messing around with a guy!

Humans aren't the only aborters in this world, rabbit's do it too for the same reason humans's do it!

Does abortion involve killing? Yes.

Is it Murder? No.

For me, abortion is a matter of personal freedom. I know that life isn't always as simple as we want it to be and sometimes difficult decisions need to be made. Just to be clear, I almost always side with personal freedom on political issues.

Wait, what are we talking about here? A fetus isn't even self-aware until some point around the 6-8th week and doesn't "feel" (if you mean pain) until the third-trimester.

So do you think abortion should be illegal? What is your view on pregnancy caused by rape or incest? What if the mother's life is in danger? What if the baby would be born with serious health issues and have to live in pain until he or she dies? There are so many different possibilities.

I think as a society we need to stop thinking only in terms of black and white. Things aren't always that simple.
