1. Who's more important - the king or the viceroy?
2. What was first - the chicken or the egg?
3. If you go back in time and kill your granny, you wouldn't be born. That also means that you never went back in time to choke your granny to death with a leather belt. So what happens?
This was actually solved two days ago!!!!!! It turns out, the chicken came first. There's a protein in chicken eggs that is only found in chickens. Therefore the chicken egg must have come from a chicken.
Invention, my dear friends, is 93% perspiration, 6% electricity, 4% evaporation, and 2% butterscotch ripple.

King. How in he flip would a Viceroy be more important?
Chicken. Or at least something chicken-like.
You kill your granny, you're not born but you were never supposed to be born. Doesn't change the fact that what's dead in the past is dead.
he only way to change that is to go further back and stop yourself from killing your granny.
Time travel is tricky, but personally I think of the present, past, and future selves as separate entities.

King. How in he flip would a Viceroy be more important?
A viceroy is the future king, so his role is pretty important, considering that the future depends on him. But it also depends on the king, who is currently the ruler, so arguably the king IS more important.
Then in that case, I suppose it would depend on if the king was a tyrant or it the viceroy would make a strong leader or weak leader.

The last one, about killing a grandparent, is a tricky paradox to solve. The most perfect sense is that you vanish. But if you Vanish then you could of never gone back in time to Kill said grandparent. Damn this Grandfather paradox.
as for the other two, the first is more opinion based depending on said situation at the time. as Ray as described.
as for the chicken and the egg, I really don't know.
As for the chicken and the egg, it's definitly the egg.
Before there was a chicken there was just a random bird. When the bird started to create an egg, a mutation occured, changing the bird egg to a chicken egg.
But the bird still was a bird, not a chicken.

SO THE EGG MUST BE FIRST!
I'm also an adept of the "Egg was first" version. It makes more sense.
2. If you're a Creationist, God created creatures all together. If you're a Natural Science Proponent, some weird shit happened where some single celled organisms evolved into chickens, so technically the egg. If you're like me, then it depends on a number of factors regarding the evolution of the chicken.
3. Time would split, OoT-style. Thus, there'd be two timelines where you exist and don't exist.
